When working with Wedgwood, I decorate the store in both China and Taiwan region. I produced the POP model and demonstrate the visual display of their room. Specifically, I use my experience of choosing the material for the real-product implementation.

 

For Taiwan region, I drew the layout using AutoCAD and Illustrator to confirm the design via sales department to the customer. Initially, I bought the required material for manufacturing the product and negotiate with artisans about how to construct them correctly. Then I printed those 2D materials for artisan and supervised them for their work during the midnight, for the midnight is the only available installing time in department stores.

For China region, I contact the China region colleagues and 2-way confirmed the price and the layout. I produced that product in Taiwan using the procedure above and distribute them to China region. After they received the half-manufactured product, the local artisan will start installing the window.
